- Evening classes are Mondays and Wednesdays (Nia) and Tuesdays (Zumba) from 6 - 7 pm.
- Saturday morning Nia class from 10:30 - 11:30 am.
- Saturday morning Zumba class from 11:45 am - 12:45 pm
